I’m a retired pastor with a background not only in theology, but also in education, administration and science. My undergraduate studies include a Bachelor's in biology, chemistry & education; Extensive studies in Bible, Biological/nuclear studies at Argonne National Laboratory; Community Response to Nuclear Reactor Issues at Mercury Proving Grounds; Graduate studies in business-education. I have taught science in both public and private schools. I led a municipal/county public health laboratory for twenty years. I am an ordained pastor and served as an associate pastor and senior pastor for twenty-five years. I am currently involved in prison ministry (Bible study for a group of inmates), foreign missionary work (training pastors and carrying Bibles into restricted lands), writing (“Worshiping Alone” – available through Amazon and B&N). I have seen worship practiced in different denominations, in different lands, in different cultures and from different perspectives.
Before meeting Jesus, science was my life. Now, while I believe science can explain a great many things, it is Christ who helps me understand why.
I can still find time for some writing, gardening and woodworking. I share my life and adventures with my wife.
