Our bodies undergo continual cellular replacement every few years, yet our identity remains unchanged. The invisible soul, consisting of the animal mind and the spirit, holds this constant self. Recognizing and distinguishing between mind and spirit is vital. Neglect of the spirit can lead to a life driven by the mind. Understanding this duality is crucial for worship and spiritual connection.
Life Beyond Time: Exploring the Notion of Eternity and Human Existence
Time is a finite concept for us. Our existence, language, and thoughts are bound by time. However, God is omnicronant and exists beyond it. Eventually, everything will be remade, but time will still be there. We are being prepared now to live in that new creation.
